• To maintain communication with Active Alumni and Inactives, working in conjunction with Alumni Board
• To maintain a record of all birthdays, anniversaries, and special events of all Active Alumni and Inactive Members
• To receive sorority minutes from the Secretary and pass on to interested Active Alumni
• To inform Active and Inactive Alumni of all special events and ceremonies (i.e. Formals, Peach Rose ceremonies)
