WillyCon Registration Information

Preregistration (highly encouraged!) $12 before January 2 of the convention year. January 2 until March 1 - $15. After March 1 and at the door - $20  (Discount of $5 off for each person registering as a group of ten or more.)

Note: Children up to age 7 free, ages 7-12 pay student price!

WSC Students can register for FREE! All Other students (with any high school or college ID) can register for $10!

Dealers:  $35 -  for the first table,  $25 -  for a second, and  $15 - each for additional tables  (Limit of three tables; one membership is included in the cost of the first Dealer's table; additional memberships at regular cost according to schedule above).

NOTE: If you are a published author or artist in the science fiction or fantasy genres (based on SFWA and SFFA criteria) you are eligible for a free membership to the convention (please send proof of membership when registering). All we ask is that you bring samples of your work and volunteer to assist in one or more of the panels or participate in the art show. Please notify us in advance and pre-register so we are expecting you!

On-Line Registration Form Options: Fill out the information and send check/credit card payment info separately, or fill out the information form and use the Paypal option (secure server). Either of these options will take you to a "Thank You Page" where you can continue to navigate our site. Or, f you prefer, you can print out a paper form and send it in via snail-mail.
