Wildcat Well Done!

 

The Wildcat Well Done Award provides immediate recognition for above and beyond employee efforts and can be awarded for a single significant example of extraordinary service beyond typical job responsibilities. If you know someone who has had an impact on the campus community, or provided exemplary service to students or other campus elements, or contributed to department/office esprit de corps, please take this opportunity to recognize his/her contributions.

 

If you would like the Professional Staff Senate to formally recognize someone for a job well done, you can fill out and send the Wildcat Well Done Nomination Form to the Professional Staff Senate Chair. The Professional Staff Senate will send a Wildcat Well Done “Thank You” to that person.

 

If you would like to recognize someone with a more informal, "Job Well Done" note, you can fill out, print, and send one of these awards:

• I/4 Sheet Wildcat Well Done! (four per sheet)
• 1/2 Sheet Wildcat Well Done! (two per sheet)

NOTE: Forms are fillable pdf documents and can be typed on-line and then printed, but changes cannot be saved!
