PSS Mentoring
Mission Statement
The purpose of the Wayne State College Mentoring Program
is to welcome new employees to the college community. The
Mentoring Program will provide the structure to foster one-to-one
relationships between new staff and current staff with the
experienced staff mentor guiding and serving as a resource
to the new staff mentee.
This site is still under development and more information
will be available in the future. In the meantime, please
visit the main
site for the Professional Staff Senate for a broader
picture of the organization.
If you are interested in being a Mentor, a Mentee, or are
a supervisor who wants to give permission for one of your
staff to be involved in the mentoring process, please choose
